October 15 - The Tell-Tale Heart:

My submission for this week's photo challenge "Scary" (to see all submissions go to 365project.org/tags/theme-scary). This is a Japanese Lantern plant. I placed the flash underneath it to make it glow. To me it looked like a heart. Katherine suggested the connection to Poe's Tell-Tale Heart story (a true horror story of it's time).
